This is the biggest scam since water “rights”

Edit: people seem to not understand how much money had been wasted and obviously funneled through the railway program that California has been trying to launch for 2 decades. It is a rigamarole of bullshit and legislation, where a lot of the wrong people have gotten paid to do NOTHING. Legit, the valley is still the worst commuting in the entire state. Second, my comment about “rights” is actually tongue-in-cheek, because California has some super funky laws about who owns the water and right to water, and it definitely isn’t the people. The responses show that you guys are completely disassociated from the reality that this state does absolute damage to everyone when funding public projects where most of the money ends up going to legislators and other “project managers”.
