Is it good? I moved here almost 2 years ago and haven't been yet. Used to live 2 miles from the Cincinnati zoo and loved it.

The Columbus Zoo is one of the best zoos in the country, as well as the largest. They have enormous habitats and some of the best conservationists. It’s really only second to the San Diego Zoo & Safari Park in terms of variety and prestige.

San Diego zoo propaganda is actually insane

Also live 2 miles from cincy zoo. Cincy is consistently ranked in the top 10 zoos of the US. Columbus is up there too but Cincy might have it beat by a little.

Only by people who don't know what they're talking about. Actual zoo nerds wouldn't even put Cincy top 30. Columbus is easy top 5.

It’s a really nice zoo. I grew up by the Pittsburgh zoo so I was a bit spoiled.

I frequent the cinci zoo a lot and I like Columbus more. Mainly because of the hills at the Cincinnati zoo are a killer for pushing a stroller. Columbus to me was more spread out and with the aquarium had a lot more to see.

You can learn a lot about the zoo from the National Geographic show 'Secrets of the Zoo'. It follows the vet staff and some Zoo keepers.
