TL,DR: India and China are moving to renewables slightly faster than necessary to meet goals

China is doing better at something than they tell us? And it's good for the world? How are they managing that when they have such a massive portion of their populace in portable boxes and locked in burning buildings? The CCP doesn't deserve credit for a goddamn thing right now.

They're installing a whole bunch of wind turbines and solar panels but they are still the biggest producers of greenhouse gasses. This is all "we expect them to be using more of their renewables, they haven't built yet, when they get to their targets"

Reducing growth or not doing development work isn't fight climate change. Developing and fight climate change can be done at the same time.
