There is already a provision under the Fish and Wild Life agency, however there is a restriction the type of shark which the fins are harvested. If the shark isn't listed under the endangered species list then it is still allow to be harvest, which is Idiotic. Also when products arriving as cosmetics or supplement where they aren't able to distinguish what type of shark since it's been made into a final product, they can only based it according to what manufacturer says (which we know manufacturer are lying sack of crap). What manufacturer would often use scientific name of "chondroitin sulfate" to bypass the law. Just another fancy word for cartilage which can dervies from animals but also shark aka shark fins.
