There are sales on sales every day. Making it recreational will make more competiton. Better quality lower prices!

I consistently buy $20 quarters that test over 25% THC here in Long Beach

I'm very particular. I like indica dominant 20% THC with a good flavor. Usually end up circling around OG strains.

My neighborhood dispensary in Portland is 4 blocks and always has an option for me. 8ths range from $10-14 with my neighborhood discount. They give my dog treats too.

Legal market > black market all day.

A lot of places have a thing where if you wear the free shirt they give you to pick up you can get a $1 J. There’s endless deals of all manner going on

I work at a dispensary in Denver and we have ounces as low as 79. Much cheaper for shake or popcorn. Most expensive is 250 but it's always on sale for cheaper than that. And it's great quality. Love this state.

Yeah they do. I just made a run to Michigan last night where they have ounces for $75 each! Used to pay about $200 from the weedman. Not to mention all the other goodies like edibles and concentrates.

There are places all over Oregon offering $40 ounces now but when it was first legalized and recreational sales started in 2015, all you could find was $12 grams and up.

As competition grows the prices will drop though

Yep that's why we have the $40 ounces. This is also aided by lax growing laws that haven't really restricted the amount of growers available so we have a lot of surplus. The NY legislature can mess with this but prices should still come down over time.
