In fairness, Perdita only had 15. The rest of the puppies were rescued from Cruella and weren't originally theirs.

Poor Queenie. So many pups, she ran out of ink. I help take care of mommies when they have pups at Guide Dogs for the Blind and I really feel for Queenie. Glad it's not 18 years for dogs!
