One of the many good things about credit unions is that you can use the ATM's of other credit unions as well, with no fees, and that includes deposits.

I opened my BECU account years ago because they conveniently had a branch at the Safeway a mile down the road. Sadly that branch closed a month or two later, and I don't spend a lot of time out in the Hawks Prairie area where the closest physical branch remains. So if I ever need to make a deposit, I just go to another nearby credit union (WSECU) and use their ATM. Never had any sort of issues doing so.

Thanks. Used to live in Marysville where they had like 3 nearby branches. Now I'm 70 miles away and really didn't care about opening a new account.

I checked and there's a WSECU in Centralia/Chehalis. Much closer. Looks like the credit unions here aren't partnered with BECU which is a thing I read. I can still use them for anything without fees but no deposit.

Can you deposit at the teller? That's what I have to do.

I asked and I have to be a member lol. Wish BECU had more shared branches or would expand.

They have tons. If you search for a location on the BECU website you can filter for ATMs in the CO-OP network and use any of those.

That's weird. Wsecu and becu are shared branches according to becu website. Ugh, that must be frustrating for you.

Oh my bad wrong one. I haven't checked WSECU yet but since I'm driving up that way later I'm stopping there to try.

Credit unions down here like Red Canoe won't let me I mean.

Do you know if their ATMs are open 24 hours?
