I have a client in from out of town, and he is looking for the best apple fritter. We are working and staying near DuPont. Any recommendations?

If it’s not too far afield, Lattin’s cider mill southeast of Olympia is famous for their fresh apple fritters!

EDIT: According to the most recent information I could find, freshly made fritters are available between 9 AM and noon, Thurs. - Sun.

I would maybe check out Mince Mercantile in DuPont! I don't know that they have apple fritters specifically, but they have a lot of other yummy baked goods. Also have great coffee.

Ease considered... Heavenly Donuts in Lacey. House of Donuts in Lakewood(with bonus Dutch bros coffee a couple doors down)
