I owe some toll bills from forever ago that I must have forgot about. I don’t have the statement number from the paper bill. St the beginning of the year they sent me an email with a link to download the statement but it wants me to log in. I haven’t used the website in eons so I try the old “forgot username/password” and put in my email address (the one they sent me the link to!) and it says the email address is not attached to an account. Ok, so I try to make a new account but as soon as I put in my vehicle info it says my car is already on established account??

What am I supposed to do here? I’ve tried calling but no person seems to work there anymore, you only get a robot on the line. I even tried going in to pay but the office I remember going to years ago was shut down. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Just want to get this taken care of before the bill gets even higher.

You gotta talk to a person. There used to be a direct phone number posted somewhere on Reddit. I could not find it.

Edit: Here's a thread https://www.reddit.com/r/Seattle/comments/qwad98/ive_been_waiting_for_over_3_hours_to_speak_to/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

Basically call WSDOT headquarters or regional directly and complain until they give you an escalation number.

We were able to talk to someone and get things sorted. Try again during business hours?

I agree with the other responses you're going to have to call them. I had an issue and was able to get it sorted in a few minutes on the phone. Emails were useless and they kept sending me form letters as a response.

This happened to us also, said the password was wrong, but wouldn’t ever send the password reset link. They ended up sending another email later on basically saying “oops we sent a previous email that you owe a toll but didn’t include the statement number, be on the lookout for another email with the statement number included”. Then luckily we got the email later with the statement number and were able to pay it.
