Probably referring to us troglodytes over east of the mountains. Which is funny because the few instances of overt racism I’ve witnessed against African Americans in my many years in Washington have all been in Seattle.

I deliver for Amazon and I’ve delivered in downtown Seattle and in the mountains off highway 2, and my black coworkers complained way more the more rural our routes got. Just relaying what they said.
