It's a tripod by Sirui that I modified to shave off a ton of weight (removed center column, replaced ballhead with a tiny ballhead and arch Swiss plate, and commissioned a coworker to CNC out some custom carbon fiber washers to hold the ballhead and plate in place). Total weight is under 2lbs. The thing on top of it is a slider by Rhino that weighs 2lbs but it gets incredible cinematic styled shots (that is worth it for me to carry in the backcountry).
