Western Washington is the greatest place on Earth as far as I'm concerned. I can't imagine living anywhere else.

E WA is pretty cool too. And I mean real far east. Like past the desert.

I love how people, such as yourself, allow others to enjoy the beauty of our state with your amazing images. Thank you.

You're very welcome. ☺️ I like to explore and go hiking, and I love to share the beauty of what I see whenever I can.

I have another post of this same hike if you want to see more pictures:

Additional pictures

Nothing beats being there in real life though, so if you can and do enjoy hiking as well, then I highly recommend this trail. It's about 3 hours from Seattle, is 7.4 miles long, very steep but no scrambling, and really makes you appreciate the beauty of the Cascades and Washington State.

I’ve dreamt of being born and raised in Washington for most of my adult life. You guys have it so good.

I know! I look out my window every day and look at the piles of garbage and dog poop and think: what a beautiful place this is!

I don’t know why you got so many downvotes. I’ve lived here for decades and you are spot on. It’s still a beautiful place to live and no state income tax! One of the coolest parts is how different the west side is compared to the east side. I mean that both geographically as well as politically.
