I see them most often at Millersylvania State Park down in Olympia. They’re my favorite snail species. I have seen them in other places but most often at MSP

If you went there now, could you find some?

I found one last week on a walking trail at Heritage Park close to Kingston, Washington. Only one I've seen.

It’s hard to say with the lack of rain. But probably could on Friday when it rains lol

There's a trail near the Redmond Ridge condo complex. Snails have literal orgies there when it's wet. I can't say I've ever looked closely enough to ascertain their species, but you might try looking at that trail.
