Reply STOP and then put your number on the “do not call” list. If after 30 days you’re still receiving texts, you can report her to the FCC and they will fine her.

The "do not call list" does not apply to:

-political calls

-charitable calls

-debt collection calls

-purely informational calls

-surveys
