Hello, I was pulled over for speeding by a state patrol, fortunately, he let my speeding ticket go, but he did mention that I was not allowed to drive between 1am-5am under an intermediate license. He then said he would issue me an infraction for this (obviously). Afterward, he gave my information back and let me go because my house was less than a mile away. but with no physical infraction?

My question is, Is it possible I was not issued an infraction and let go (because they gave me no physical paper)? Or will it show up in my mail/record in a couple weeks? 17m.

You’ll get something in the mail about it soon enough… until then it’s probably best to review the rules and try to stick to em.

If I was getting an infraction or ticket wouldn't they have to provide a physical paper/ticket?

The last two state patrol tickets I received were by mail.

Did they give you any type of paper or document when you were pulled over as well?

Nope, and I didn't sign anything (like they used to make you do). One said nothing and I thought I got off with a warning, the other said I'd receive a citation in the mail.

Not all infractions are served on the spot. It can be sent to you by mail. If they did issue an infraction, you can expect it in the mail.

When an officer decides to let you go with a verbal warning and issues no paper they usually tell you they are letting you go. I'm pretty sure they told you and you just were not paying attention. You can certainly contact the relevant police agency for a citation check.

He should not have let you go. At least two lessons needed to be learned the hard way.
