Is it just inexperienced drivers? Poor planning on not watching the weather?

Colorado gets tons and tons of snow and there usually aren’t that many accidents through the mountains…

It's usually folks that ignore chains required for non 4WD/AWD vehicles. They spin out and wreck and it takes a long time for emergency crews to clean up the mess. WSP recently announced they will be doing more enforcement and ticketing on the passes.
