Do temporary Washington identification and/or drivers licenses have a photo on them?

My friend lost her ID the other day and we were planning on going out to bars for out friend's birthday this weekend. She does not have a passport, and the WA liquor & cannabis board states that identification must have a photo. When I google image search a WA temporary license they do not have a photo on them, so just wanted to see if anyones anyones for sure.

They don’t. I just got one and it doesn’t have my photo.

I think they do have photos on them. At least they used to. But it's just a piece of paper, so a lot of places won't take them. You'll have to see how it goes.

Passport card is only $65, lasts 10 years, and is only $30 to renew for future reference

They don’t have one, your friend needs to take the paper temporary with their expired ID and the combo works.

ETA: Remembered that you stated they lost their ID, if they have an old ID, they can use it with the temporary paper. Any expired state issued ID should work.
