You refused to blow at the station because it's automatic license suspension if you don't? The one at the station is the only one that's admissible in court. This whole situation seems a little fishy fishy.

Don't accuse people of things when you didn't even read their post fully. OP said they were given a ticket, NOT a DUI, and never brought to the station.
