i have tried not once but twice to get a degree and everytime i go i fail at least 2 classes surprised the college hasn’t kicked me out yet

Stay in Oklahoma and finish your degree, then move to Seattle after you have a career going.

Seattle is not the place to be without both a degree and career trajectory. Going without is how you end up homeless.

1st attempt was history education 2nd and current attempt is fine arts (because im a band kid)

Ehhh, while I would never dissuade someone from getting a degree but perhaps look at a more marketable skil as your major. Like business or communications.
