I don’t see any vampires sparkling in those trees

Beware of vampires; there are so many hot guys with bleached skin (since this is the PNW and we get very little sun) that any one of them could be one

Yes! Just slide my window on open and that’s across from me :) I did crop out my neighbors for privacy’s sake but it’s my every day view!

You must have taken this the one day a year the rain stops in Forks 😅 it's a very beautiful place.

It’s weird because this year has been pretty dry! It didn’t rain almost all summer and well into October. We did get some snow but the rain has been pretty light since oddly enough! Just realllly windy!

Do it! Our town isn’t crazy special but we do have the world’s biggest collection of on-screen Twilight items. :) even most of the outfits like the wedding gown and whatnot! And the outdoor views are worth it by themselves!

Beautiful view, (insert generic leprechaun joke/comment), seriously dig the view though👍🏻

Edit: I forgot, you said Forks, right? Yeah, there be no wee folk there but some...ummm, sparkle people? Oh, oh, I know...Vampires!...no that can't be it...damn, I'll figure it out later.

How’s the Antifa invasion?

It’s sad that some people ruined the reputation of everyone else who lives here. What happened to that family was wrong.

I'm out of the loop. What happened?

A family traveling through in a full size bus was wrongly labeled antifa by a gun shop owner in Sequim (who had caused problems before). He called some of his “patriot” friends to come forward and “defend what’s theirs” on Facebook/through calling. So when the poor family got to Forks, they were chased, harassed and threatened by racist idiots. Teens stepped in to help them get away. It was a big deal (rightfully so) and we have all been labeled as racists/sun downers since. Not to say there isn’t any racists in town, but a vast majority of us aren’t, and were very upset when that happened.

Yikes.

God, those people are a cancer.

Really enjoyed Forks when I visited; I never got bad vibes, but I definitely felt like the town was stuck in stasis. So isolated, very small, very sleepy, and not at all like other small towns I've visited. It took some getting used to.

My wife and I were working in Sekiu that evening. So we missed much of it. But we got back into town and thought the air was THICK, we couldn’t shake that feeling. We saw some of the kids with their assault rifles with their flags speeding through town. We just looked at each other. “What?!?” She is a Forks native, was born and raised out here, she never saw such a sight.
