Try Chito Beach Resort. Most of the cabins are in the $200-$250 range, I think only the biggest cabin is about $300.

If you don't mind the drive, the cabins at John Wayne RV Resort overlook Sequim Bay. Amazing view! I wake up in the morning and watch the seals play in the bay.
