Hey guys! I have two doodles that love to swim. I'm looking for a place that is dedicated to off leash dogs where I can take them to go for a nice walk and play ball in the water. I am from Oregon, and these are very common. I'm not really interested in an off leash debate, I leash my dogs when needed, I'm just looking for a place where my water dogs can have some fun.
Any National Forest lands.

Marymoor dog park is a huge land area dedicated for dogs and has multiple access to the water for dogs.

That was going to be my recommendation too.
Not a trail, but a dog park that has access to Lake Washington for swimming, is Luther Burbank, on Mercer Island.
Clark Lake in Kent is not off leash but has some water. Used to live nearby. Run the chance of an off leash ticket. I think it’s $134. I just put a dollar in my fine pot every time I went in case I got caught.
And DNR land, as long as you're not in a developed site like a campground.

Dogs must on leash in King County.
Cedar River Trail is worth checking out. I prefer the Landsburg end of it. I’d be strategic with the off leash part and mindful of high water conditions
It’s not close to you but a great off leash area in double bluff beach.
