New in the area. What is the best Auto Repair Shop in Worcester and why? I need to check an oil leak and change the oil as well. Should I bring my own oil & filter or better not? I am mainly looking for fair prices, good customer service and reliability.

Not appropriate to bring own oil and filter or other parts. A shop can’t guarantee their work based on materials they have no control over.

Some people would bring cheapest possible filter. Filter would leak a week later and ruin engine. Customer would blame shop.

Tony's Automotive in South Grafton is amazing.

I have had them as the family mechanic for years. They always give fair assessments and don't nickel and dime you for labor or costs. If you ask them to check on an issue and they couldn't find anything, they don't charge you.

Several things I've had done on my car that I had done elsewhere have cost several hundred less at Tony's.

I very much value that from a business.I don’t fix it I don’t charge you. Last year I called assistance to change a tire that had a stuck nut. They couldn’t not loosen the nut and still charged me $150. Thank you

Webster Square Tire & Auto. They are very honest, reasonably priced, and know what they're doing. They saved me from buying a new battery and fixed the connection for free.

Tony's Automotive or Johnny's Auto in Grafton. Both are phenomenal and fair, everyone I've recommended to them has made them their go-to. Tony has cut down on some of the services he offers, like exhaust systems. He recommended a shop for me that did a great job, but I tend to go to Johnny's for the bigger things now.
