Hi there! Is there a place like Allston’s The Sillouette in Worcester where elder Melinnials can listen to our music either live or DJ and dance? Even better if it’s this Saturday?

I believe that would be my husband as he was born in 79 therefore he is mostly Gen X but many Melinnials traits. Me I’m just a Melinnial.
Spell check is your friend
yeahhhh, that spelling... clearly a boomer in disguise.

I’m 36, thanks. And I know it kept looking wrong but I didn’t care to look up what I was doing wrong!
Damn it.
Silhouette -> Vincent's Bar or Model -> Ralphs
This is the answer!

It’s 70s disco but the gimmie gimmie events at the palladium are so much fun!! I’m 25 and my friend group is 28-30+ and we have so much fun when we go
Rascals? Pending on the night
Oh God, the silhouette. Played lots of darts there. Drank lots of Miller Lite there. Ate lots of popcorn there.
And the dancing was oh so fun! Trying to find that vibe here in Worcester but to be able to be with her 30 and do it!
Ralph's has similar vibe to the silhouette but there's not a lot of dancing, unless you go to a show (I think they also have random DJ nights but I find them pretty cringe so I stay downstairs). You'll see folks of all ages although it's honestly mostly Gen Z and Millennials. My aging Millennial friends and I feel very at home there.
I read this as "Mennonites" and I was like... they don't dance.
As a fellow elder 'melinnial' and someone who moved from Boston to Worcester a decade ago, here's a friendly piece of advice: don't expect to recreate your 20s-in-Boston experience here in Worcester... your gonna have a bad time.
Agreed and I don’t know why that is. Providence has so much more going on.

Just last week I heard the term "Geriatric millenial" for the first time and I died a little inside.
