Nah I appreciate it. It’s far more expensive than Dallas. Just requires some extra effort now to find a suitable place to live is all.

Recently moved to worcester I was renting a STUDIO near boston $1600 and moved into a condo with a mortgage of 1300! Worcester is FAR safer than boston area but agree with looking at outskirts for great deals I have a friend who lives in Leominster (a bit far but north) and she pays 1300 for a one bedroom

Hey that’s great! Congrats on your home ownership. Seems like I’m going to have to do that, unfortunately. I can up my budget but I don’t want to be house poor or have no life. Thanks for sharing!
