I used to have a really good 5K route. It’s mostly flat and a nice little run. Start Lovell @ Courtland. Go Lovell > Brownell > June > Highland > Fruit > Pleasant > Park > Chandler > Lovell/Courtland

Yeah you can park there I’d imagine. There’s also ample street parking on Lovell St.
