Based on some of the things I've seen on Park Avenue, I don't think anybody would bat an eye if you cruised up and down that street. Last fall I saw some dude cruising in and out of traffic on a motorized unicycle.

This is all of Worcester. I see mini-dirtbikes and scooters on a regular basis around Kelley Sq. The WPD seems to leave them alone as I seen one zip up a sidewalk right past a cruiser.

Cops won’t chase them because stupid people cry when losers crash their stolen bikes then blame the cops for chasing them
