and clark is actually one of the better ones out of all of them, so you’d be doing your kid a disservice

As I stated, Clark is a great school. It is a shame the neighborhood went the way it did. The OP deserves to know the truth.

the neighborhood has actually gotten a lot better.. Gentrification is also headed that way for better or for worse

You must not be familiar. The neighborhood is like night and day today compared to when I was a kid - in a positive way.
