I took out a credit card at Cabelas sports, and when I did,they gave me a free mini sitting bench. It's basically a fold-out tripod seat about two feet high with a mesh sitting spot. Works perfectly for the steam room.

I want to gatekeep this place so bad but Release Well-Being Center in Westborough has a sun sauna, salt room, steam, an outdoor mineral hot tub, and a generally wonderful vibe. Their rates are pretty reasonable, and if you get there after 5pm you can get a half-day pass for like $35-40 (protip, they close at 9pm on Thursdays so going on a Thursday is the move).
