I don't believe that's why they were in the neighborhood. That's been like that for years and I didn't see the inspectors outside.

No worries! Thanks for caring!!! The sidewalk at the bottom of hill is a crazy thick ice sheet all winter because of poor drainage, likely to do with that berm.
