Most are self-serving crooks capable of lending you a hand "with that."

Second this. I did a project in worcester, taken over from another guy. The electric inspector wanted me to take down โevery sheet of drywallโ to make sure the wires were done properly.
A simple test could check that to see if it can handle the load, and if the circuits are correctly linked together . Even then, just tracking the wires up and down the beams could be accomplished by jus taking down one wall.
They are all bunch of entitled power hungry group, whoโs is only good for themselves.
Needless to say, however, a job should be done right (which it should be Becuase your paying for it or diy) to make living situations safer for all, owners and renters.
I hate seeing shotty work, Becuase some uninformed buyer will just be taking over problem, or a tenant now out in a hotel until their unit is brought up to code.

....can I buy pot from you? Cause that's the most dumb thing I've red all day.
If you do exactly what you are supposed to do, they will not bother you at all.
Or you can half ass it, get into a huge argument about it, and deal with assholes from there.
Seems pretty simple to me
