Second this. I did a project in worcester, taken over from another guy. The electric inspector wanted me to take down โ€œevery sheet of drywallโ€ to make sure the wires were done properly.

A simple test could check that to see if it can handle the load, and if the circuits are correctly linked together . Even then, just tracking the wires up and down the beams could be accomplished by jus taking down one wall.

They are all bunch of entitled power hungry group, whoโ€™s is only good for themselves.

Needless to say, however, a job should be done right (which it should be Becuase your paying for it or diy) to make living situations safer for all, owners and renters.

I hate seeing shotty work, Becuase some uninformed buyer will just be taking over problem, or a tenant now out in a hotel until their unit is brought up to code.
