I second this, but I haven't been anywhere else recently to compare.

Major League in Auburn is solid in my experience. Haven’t been there in a few years though
BTs in Sturbridge is also good

Chani's Kosher Deli is run out of the synagogue at 22 Newton Ave and has the best pastrami I've had in Worcester. The roast beef was also good. Sandwiches are on sliced rye, have a mountain of meat, come with a pickle, coleslaw and 2 side sauces. I'd also recommend the mushroom barley soup.
New England Roast Beef and Major League are basically the same restaurant. Both are good but I'm in Worcester so I've had NERB more than Major League.
The sandwiches are the same but have different names based on local streets, universities etc.
I love the Richmond/Lean and Mean: pastrami, swiss, mustard and coleslaw.
