So go to Maddie's for 11:30-12 and eat brunch there then head to the Worcester beer garden for the game. Maddie's has the best brunch menu and the beer garden has a big projector screen for the game.
Livias Dish is a good bunch place. But I don't think they have TV screens.
They do at the bar
If you want a more sports bar/brunch mix than what has been suggested, try the Tavern on the Square locations. If you just want brunch, the other places suggested are great.

Lock 50 has a great brunch menu! Chicken and grits is a must!
I didn't read the full post, they don't have a TV however
Life garden cafe 👀

The parkway diner (if it’s still open)
Ronnie’s Lounge on Shrewsbury Street…(Also know as McDonald’s)

Family table! Great drinks/bar Amazing food Fast as hell Great price and portions TVs all around with the news and the games
Birchtree bread company for the food. Plus they've got Wachusetts new brewery right down stairs.
I've heard Antonios pizza is also great for the game, but I've never been for a football game.
Beth's on Grafton Hill has the NFL Ticket. Good spot to watch games after Brunch.

Deadhorse Hill is great but pricey.
Flying Rhino also does a good brunch.
