Don't use the guy my realtor recommended. He missed the fact that the boiler was about to blow a hole in the burner. Three months after the sale I smell gas in the basement. Flames licking out of the bottom. One heart attack, one emergency shutoff and $7,000 later I had a new boiler.

Sounds like something the guy we used would "miss"

Ours wasn't the boiler, but the roof. There's a drop ceiling in the kitchen/dining area for a damn reason. The guy never even moved a panel. Two months after sale. Rainstorm. And water coming in. Right. Over. The. Stove.

Since it's been over 20 years now I can not remember who the guy was. But he was the first name on the list the realtor (Foster Healey) gave us. Lesson learned, never choose the first name on the list.

Realtors get kickbacks and vice versa. I was too dumb and house hungry to even consider it. Realtors are lower life forms. Avoid.

If you care enough and by that I mean you're in the market now or in the future for a home inspector, DM me. Otherwise, no, I won't name them publicly.
