Central Mass Striders, Wormtown Milers, November Project, Tri-State Running... there's probably more, that's just off the top of my head. There's quite a few bar based runs on random weeknights, a cheap weekly 5k at Worcester State, so plenty of opportunities to find your crowd.

Redemption Rock Brewing has a running club that meets on Mondays and I'm not sure if Sneakerama still does their Thursday jogs.

November project Worcester too. They run the bleachers at Holy Cross in the summer but do running work outs in the morning around the city too.
