Hello I just moved here from Boston And I’m curious where the best street tacos (ie small single tacos typically 1-3$ depending where) are in Worcester. I liked the ones at the mall (Mexico tacos?) but curious where else i can get some
I’m a big fan of Al Pastor
I thought Mexican Tacos moved to Park Ave near Pho Dakao
Taqueria del Pueblo is definitely my favorite. The have a booth in the public market and a restaurant on highland street
They moved to the auburn mall and opened a second location next to pho dakao
The Taco spot on Grafton st has the best al pastor I've found in the city

El Patron is certifiable.
However, still haven't had anything in Worcester that matches Boca Grande in Brookline/Boston
Not in Worcester, but if you find yourself up around Clinton, Taqueria El Amigo 3 is my favorite in the area. In town, favorite is probably Taqueria del Pueblo. But now I'm gonna have to check out The Taco Spot as others are mentioning.
Taco Calient on Chandler. By far the most authentic in the city.

Taco Caliente has the best birria I can find in the city for sure
Sol of Mexico is my favorite in the city; they make their own tortillas and everything. Weird hours though, and it's very small inside if you weren't thinking takeout.
I also recommend Tacos Caliente, which has the best birria around.
Is Moe’s still in Worcester?
There’s a coming soon sign out front now I think they are reopening

Pepes taqueria- consistently good tacos and burritos. Not hot enough spice wise for me, but admittedly nothing is. Tacos and tortillas made in house.
If you're going to Marlborough, go to Lalo's instead.
I lived in Boston for four years… loved a couple true Mexican spots. The stuff from Taco Calient reminds me so much of my days in the City! Great prices too.
