places to perform for independent artists?

hi guys! im looking to find a way to start performing some music in Worcester. Do any of y'all know of any venues or warehouses or anything really. super open to trying new things. I do hip hop and r&b and im trying to find likeminded people :) thanks!

What type of music? Ralph's comes to mind, they used to have open Mic nights IIRC. Many bars and coffee shop style places have music as well. Could also go to a park and just start playing during the day. Getting colder now so wouldnt be an option for very long however.

Open Mic at Beth's on Grafton Hill Mondays at 8PM. 271 Grafton St. It's a potentially good starting point .

I'm not too familiar about a hip hop scene in Worcester but great venues for doing your own things are Hotel Vernon and the Firehouse.

When I think underground hip hop my mind goes Providence.
