The ONLY way to NOT get ticketed is for the vehicle to be OFF THE STREET.

Your vehicle is literally not safe to be on the road (street). You have to find off street parking.

Sounds like I'm haggling with my roommates to get a parking spot. At least it's a 30 dollar fine so it's not that bad. Just not fun to come home to after work
