I'm 99.7% sure. I was 20 feet away and there was yelling and flailing- but yes. Think it's her. If picture was near may street entrance on the handicapped parking area- then it's definitely her.

I’m worried about that 0.3% there. Less than that has cost us taxpayers about $5 million by our boys in blue from the WPD in the past couple of years in payouts and fines. It would be fitting this arrest costs us another couple of million.
