Hi guys. I’m looking for roommates in north Worcester. $850 for a room in a 4 bedroom house with utilities included. I was thinking around Jan 1st for a move in but can do earlier or later if need be. I’m a guy in my mid 20s, although I’m not much of a partier, I prefer watching sports & movies with friends, but I am 420 friendly. Basic rules apply, just be courteous, pick up after yourself and get your own food lol. First and last to move in. I’m not opposed to pets but I am allergic to cats so that’s probably a no go. Hit me up if you’re interested!

850 with utilities is actually a good deal nowadays. I don’t understand the hate.

I posted an ad for my duplex one bedroom for rent and got torn up too. Rents have not just gone up in the past ten years, the past two years they’ve almost doubled. Sorry guys! 850 a room in a nice place isn’t really that bad.

Yea it’s way below average, probably gets torn up by people out of touch with the housing market

850/month is very reasonable considering prices. I am in a two bedroom three decker that is cheaper than most and i pay more than that a month for half and utilities. Good luck and hope you find a decent roomie!

Yes. Utilities included too. In a city where studios are now over $1000 I don’t think it’s a bad deal but if you do I guess this post isn’t for you. Sure it’s “one room” but you can enjoy living in the house as well.. enjoy the living room, enjoy the fireplace, enjoy the deck, enjoy the pool in the summer..

Guy you’re replying to probably didn’t get it.

What’s not to like? They can enjoy a hearty meal of instant ramen every night, they can enjoy the pool in the summer because they might not have money for gas, shit they’ll probably even get to enjoy being your roommate since they’ll end up spending so much time at home!

You can tell it's not Williamsburg because the price isn't $6000
