I just moved to the area and craving some wings! I like a spicy buffalo. Bonus 1000000 points if the skin stays crispy under the sauce

West Side BBQ in the Tatnuck area has exactly what you’re looking for.

The ones you make in your airfryer for a fraction of the cost, and they are always the way u like em and the celery is always fresh.

Go to Emerald meats and get their marinated Buffalo wings. They're delicious off the grill! They're good size wings too!

Not exactly in the area but Buffs Pub in Newton has award winning buffalo wings. Super crispy. They’re cash only though so beware!

I think that’s where I’ll be going tonight!! Do you know if it’s still BYOB? I didn’t see anything on their website and I don’t want to feel like an idiot showing up with something 😂

I think it can really depend on what you're cooking. I definitely think wings come out better in the air fryer. But tenders (or anything battered for that matter) turn out best deep fried. I almost wish I hadn't gotten these things during the height of lockdowns because I can't even order wings or tenders/strips anywhere anymore. I'd be the most insufferable customer asking to take a look at the kitchens spice rack and critiquing their frying methods. Lmao

Side question : is there any place that does like a sampler platter for a bundle of different wings? I've grown attached to my own methods for spicy wings at home but would gladly make the trip if I can order a big plate to try all kinds of potential new ideas to play with in my own kitchen after! Lol
