Edit: Thank you all! These are great recommendations. I called several and no-one was taking new orders (too close to the holiday), but I was able to get a nice one at Whole Foods. This is a great list of butchers tho, and will start to visit them soon!

They are alright. Nothing... Spectacular but the staff is freindly and they have some great value packages also.
For what it's worth, I ordered a turducken from them pre-pandemic. We were quite happy with the results. They had stuffing options but we decided to make our own.

Bond Farm Boylston? Don't know too much but I think they raise and butcher their own livestock.

Derrico’s did a standing rib roast for me and it came out great. Far cheaper than Whole Foods.
Derrico’s is good, but I actually found it more expensive than Whole Foods believe it or not - at least their short rib was $5 lb higher. Had bad experience at Big Boi meats and won’t be back.

Crown market, we've had great experiences with them!
There’s basically no real butcher around. A lot of distributors that sell pre cut meats. So really hard to find a specific cut when nobody is butchering animals locally. I’ve had good luck with stillmans farm for things like this but the prices are pretty high.
Arnold’s out in Chicopee if you’re willing to drive.
