Anyone know how i can get a refund for this place? cant find a number. was tbere today and paid $17 for a wash but it never started. wasted about 1/2 of time in line as well.

Worst case, contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. Just let them know it was automated, you paid, didn't get the wash, and made a good faith effort to contact the business for a refund but was unable to.

I tried like hell a few months ago after running into the same issue, but ended up just doing a charge back with my credit card company.
