I go to that target a bunch and never noticed anything out of the ordinary as far as targets go.

Idk if I'm just going to shit targets or I just don't even understand how good it can be

As someone who has worked at that target, it’s absolute hell. Cleanliness of the store is not one of the metrics corporate looks at so that is always the last thing to do IF you get to it. Also the managers just don’t care either, they’d prefer to stand around and watch you struggle to keep up with 2-3 peoples worth of work.
