Just went to Meineke to replace a tire, also noticed my car squeaks when my steering wheel goes left. I told them this and they did a full inspection and gave me an extremely long expensive list of recommended jobs for my car. Some of it can wait but I do think I need to get work done on my suspension and brakes. What is the best, most affordable place?

Never go to Meinekie or Midas or any other of the National chains. I went to Highland st. auto repair today for brakes and rotors and they did a great job, affordable price, and no pushy upsell/sales pitch. Highly recommend.

I like Webster Square Tire. Fair prices, easy to deal with, quick turnaround.

Canterbury auto is great, but they’re so busy it’s hard to get in there in a timely manner

Paul at Young’s Garage on Chandler. Always been fair with pricing, honest to the point of hilarity and several times now if something is real small/easy he’s done it pro bono. Good ass dude.

if it’s the Meineke on Webo St go to L&M tire down the street… they’ve only ever fixed what I asked, always reasonably priced.

I’ve always like C &R tire. Always send my cars there. They recently got bought by Sullivan tire but still the same team. No negatives so far so I’d still say it’s good. But Obv we’ll see.
