I haven’t played in years, but there’s always been rec softball leagues in Marlboro. They play weekends at the high school.

I just googled “Marlboro men’s softball” and 3 or 4 different things popped up. There was also a link to Marlboro’s city rec website

ClubWaka has kickball at crompton park in the spring and fall! It’s super fun, 10/10 recommend

Teamworks in Northboro has indoor soccer leagues almost every night of the week (though some nights are more geared towards youth leagues).
