Good morning neighbors! I’m wondering if any of you know if any of the breweries in town have private rooms? Their websites are kind of nondescript and it seems like something I’d have to figure out by going in. Anyone know any off the top of their head?

Restaurants too, I know Volturno has that other room and other places on Shrewsbury street do too. I know there must be more that I’m not thinking of. Help me out? Thank you!

Bay State has a “function room” they will rent out if you have a large enough party. How many people are you talking? May be tough to find something for say a party of 6, but 20-30 people sure.

Treehouse does private events now, too. Not sure the details, but I remember reading about it on their website.

Wormtown and Bay State both do. We booked wormtown for an event and it was a great experience.

No, we haven't been since it was sold. The article that reported the sale mentioned the new owners intended to keep things the same, even keeping the original staff. Are there any details you can share?

Seven saws has a private room, and you can rent the main space as well.

Nuovo on Shrewsbury St does private events upstairs and seems to have very reasonable prices. I am considering it for a wedding reception.

Treehouse Monday through Thursday. Probably not the cheapest though and slightly outside Worcester

Do it! They are one of my family’s favorite places! We had a party for my grandparents up there and the space is really pretty! I loved all the windows and the food is of course too notch.

Outside Worcester, but Timberyard (22 minutes from Worcester) has a huge warehouse private event space behind the taproom

I've heard this too. However, the slowness of service had been a problem for a while before they sold. We usually had planned on 2-2 1/2 hours for a meal there, for 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) with appetizers and entree, no dessert. Sometimes that wasn't enough. And we weren't going on nights when there was a line out the door.
