Right,my bad,kinda forgot about it while writing the reply xD Nitrogen or helium could work as well,their "blood" doesn't necessarily have to be in liquid state...

It'd need to be supercritical if not liquid. Gases just don't have the density to do anything useful as blood.

Even if it was in liquid form they could be having water as blood or nitrogenous liquid compatible with oxygen

If hidrogen based blood/ water for blood they could be breathing out h3C for example for methane or other combos for other elements compatible

CH3 is short version of ethane i believe,full molecule is C2H6 ...while CH4 is methane...oh,thanks for the comment just realized where I fked up in prior comments... wasn't really paying attention

CH3 is not short for C2H6, it means something entirely different (usually it's the formula for a methyl carbocation, when written as CH3^+ ). Chemical formulae are not just ratios of elements, they also have information about possible structure and charge of the species involved.

I already mentioned in one of my previous comments that it could be any combo of any elements as long as it's not metals,as long as they are compatible,we just took oxygen as basis as it's the only element that we are currently familiar with in terms of life form energy usage
