"Oof!" Maggie huffed as the man delivered another vicious punch to her stomach. He grinned as she groaned in pain, and chuckled. He gripped her hair in her hand, and pulled her hair back to eye-level. He leaned forward, his face inches away from hers. The chair Maggie was bound to creaked under the added weight. "Now lovely," he growled. "Your going to give me what I want."

Maggie struggled against her bonds, and hissed. She could could feel the essence boiling her blood, re-shaping her bones.

The mans eyes flashed orange. "Well, we do have a fierce one here." He looked her up and down. "Still weak, of course."

He pushed the chair, making it rock back and forth dangerously. She winced as the impacts jarred her bruised stomach. The man walked a wall, his fingernails morphing into claws, his ears growing pointed, ridges forming on his face, and markings appearing on his skin.

As the chair stopped rocking, Maggie murmured quietly. "Your kind are always so cocky." She smiled weakly. "Be careful. You never know what I might do."

The demon gave her an uncertain, but steadfast grin. "And what could you, a feeble human, do to me?" "Half." "What?"

Maggie smiled slyly, blood dripping from from her split lip. "I'm only half human."

With a primal scream of rage, the beast within her broke free. Maggie's limbs doubled in length, bew skin growing over them, skin that was yellowy and veiny. The rope over her arms burst and the chair shattered into pieces. The skin grew over eyes, and her mouth split to her ears. Her hair receded into her scalp, her back hunched, and she grew, her head touching the ceiling.

She opened her mouth, snarling, showing rows of blackened teeth. Saliva dripped from her mouth onto the cowering demon.

He shook in fear. "B-but your kind, I-it's meant to be gone." The creature tilted its head, and barked out what could have been a laugh.

"I'm not, though, am I?"

She then bit his face off.
